Terms & Conditions

1. General:

This platform is owned and operated by Profit Mart Store

By registering or purchasing products, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

The company reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time

2. Membership:

Membership fee: ₹500 (includes product purchase + platform services).

Member must provide valid KYC details (Name, Mobile, Email, Aadhaar/PAN) to register.

Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered person.

3. Product Purchase:

Members can purchase FMCG products of their choice.

All purchases are subject to availability of stock

Invoices will be issued for every purchase as per GST norms (if applicable

Delivery timeline and charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Referral & Commission:

Commission is earned only when products are purchased by direct or indirect referrals (downline).

Commission is not guaranteed and depends on product sales and repurchase activity in the member’s network.

Members are eligible to receive commission only if they have made at least one repurchase within the last 30 or 45 days

If no repurchase is made within 30 or 45 days, the member will not receive commission from their downline for that period

Commission will be credited to the member’s wallet/account as per the payout cycle.

5. Repurchase & Eligibility:

Repurchase is voluntary, but eligibility for commission requires at least one repurchase every 45 days.

Repurchase can be of any available FMCG product.

Failure to repurchase will only affect commission eligibility, not membership

6. Payment & Wallet:

All product payments must be made through official payment gateways or authorized channels only

Fake payment proofs/screenshots will lead to suspension of account.

Wallet balances and commission payouts will be processed through the company’s official banking system.

Mayouts are subject to applicable taxes (TDS/GST as per law).

7. Refund & Cancellation:

Refunds are allowed only if:
a. Product is damaged/expired, or
b. Wrong product delivered

Membership fees are non-refundable

8. Legal Compliance:

This business operates under Indian laws including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021

The company does not promise fixed returns, investment schemes, or financial guarantees.

Any misuse of the platform for fraud, false claims, or pyramid-style money circulation will lead to termination.

9. Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will be Hyderabad, Telangana

Members are encouraged to first contact customer support for resolution

10. Important for safety:

Always highlight: “This is a product-based referral program, not an investment or quick income scheme.”

Banks/Payment gateways check this line before approving merchant accounts.

6. Repurchase Policy (Eligibility for Commissions) for safety:

Every member is required to make at least one repurchase within 45 days to remain eligible for commission benefits.

If no repurchase is made within 45 days, commissions from downline purchases will not be credited for that period

This is an eligibility condition, not a compulsory purchase requirement. Members may choose not to repurchase, but in that case commission earnings will be paused.

Repurchase can be of any available FMCG products as per member’s choice
